For the tired. The forgotten. The ones still waiting.
At ManyPaws, we believe every animal deserves another chance—and a safe place to begin again.
“It’s not about being perfect—it’s about showing up, even if I’m covered in fur, running on no sleep, and mildly hormonal. That’s the ManyPaws life.”
Our Mission
We don’t just rescue pets. We show up for the ones who’ve waited the longest, lost the most, or been passed by again and again.
We’re here for the seniors, the shy ones, the black dogs no one notices, the bonded pairs people don’t want to separate, and the medical cases that need extra care. We’re here for the animals who just need someone to say, “You still matter.”
At ManyPaws, second chances aren’t rare—they’re the reason we exist.
Waiting for Love and a Place to Call Home
Meet the animals still looking for their forever families

Lorelai
Lorelai’s story begins in heartbreak — she was found tied to a tree before animal control brought her to the shelter. Estimated to be around 5 years old, this striking Catahoula Leopard Dog mix spent weeks struggling in the shelter environment before ManyPaws pulled her (to an amazing foster!) to give her a chance at the life she deserves.
Lorelai is loving and affectionate once she feels safe, the perfect mix of couch snuggler and adventure buddy. She can hang back and relax or show off her “zoomie sprinter” skills when it’s time for fun. While she can be wary of strangers at first, with patience she blossoms into a loyal, sweet companion. She’s dog-friendly with thoughtful introductions and would thrive with someone who understands reactivity and is willing to guide her with patience and love.
Now, Lorelai is waiting for a forever family who will never let her down again. Could that be you? 💛

Olaf
Meet Olaf ❄️
If ever there was a dog who deserved a soft place to land… it’s him.Olaf is a gentle senior Husky who has lived a long life full of stories we’ll never fully know—but we do know this: he’s got the kindest eyes, the quietest soul, and a heart that still believes in love.
We met Olaf at the shelter, where he had been quietly waiting—despite clearly struggling. He has several tumors and some ongoing health concerns, and the stress of shelter life was making things harder. We knew he needed to leave now, so we scooped him up and promised him comfort, dignity, and care for every day that follows.
Since coming to safety, Olaf has shown us just how special he is. He adores soft blankets, warm sunspots, gentle pets, and cozy naps.
Olaf is not here for grand adventures. He’s here for love—for quiet homes, kind hands, and hearts that value the beauty of giving an old soul the peace he deserves.
We’re still learning what his medical journey will look like, but what we do know is that Olaf is not done being loved.
If you believe every life—especially the older ones—deserves to end in warmth and belonging…
Olaf is waiting for you.🌨️ To foster or adopt Olaf, please reach out.
Give him the chapter he should have always had. -

Available Soon-Dizzy
While Dizzy isn’t available yet, while we learn more about him, here’s a little bit about what we know so far.
Meet Diz — the wiggly, wobbly wonder! 💙
Diz is a 5-month-old husky mix. This sweet boy has some neurological quirks that make him a little unsteady on his feet — a cute, endearing wobble that just makes him extra Diz-zy. He’s currently being evaluated by our veterinary team to see if there’s anything more extensive going on, but for now he’s simply a happy, goofy pup figuring out life one wobbly step at a time.
Diz is also working on some resource guarding, which means he can get protective over high-value items like food or special chews. With structure, predictable routines, and positive-based training, he can continue to grow with an adopter willing to support him. He’s a smart boy, and he just needs someone who understands his boundaries as he learns.
Despite his quirks, Diz is full of love, personality, and resilience. He enjoys people, snacks (of course!), and any opportunity to show off how brave he is. He will thrive with a patient, dog-savvy family who appreciates a pup with both charm and character.
If you’re ready to root for the underdog and give Diz the understanding home he deserves, he’s ready to wobble his way into your heart. 💙🐾
